Dylan and Ryan! I honestly can't say enough about these two! These guys are super stars, helped us find what we needed, looking for, in our budget, worked with our trade in, credit, all of it, Ryan spent countless hours on the phone and they both stayed late to make sure we got approved and we're happy, sacrificing time with their own families their evening to help us! This is not your average dealership(coming from someone who grew up in that as the family business, i would know) They don't tell you what you need, or try to convince you to sway your expectations or needs in the vehicle or your experience their with typical dealership gimmicks. These people listen, they create a comfortable, open door, no grey area and spell everything out from the get go type of environment and atmosphere with a drive to help you in any and every way they can! It felt like doing business with a long time friend, cracking jokes and asking how the family is with two people we just met 10 minutes ago, taking away all the stressful, tense, awkward confusion out of it! Ryan was very, very thorough with the paperwork and put everything plainly and slowed it down, and made sure we understood everything and that everything that was talked about was correct! Have you ever had a dealership stay open an hour after close wich was 9 pm by the way to try and get your deal done for your new car? I did today at lunde! Have you ever been to a dealership where when you walk thru the door you just naturally felt comfortable? Me either... That changed for me today at lunde auto sales. From the start of the process with Dylan to working the finances with Ryan it was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. These guys won't pressure you into something that doesn't fit your budget or style. They want to work with you to find the perfect car that meets all of your needs! The finance department here is fantastic I can't say enough good things about Ryan and his customer service and his knowledge of his inventory! These guys really run a tight ship over here one of my favorite things about working with these guys is Ryan is a straight shooter hes the kinda guy to show you the facts in black and white and wants to be as transparent as possible! With that being said I can not say enough great things about the entire team. Thank you guys so much for all of your guidance and help navigating buying our new car! 5 STARS across the board!
